Rob and I would like to wish you and your family and friends a wonderful Holiday Season!  We hope that you take time off to enjoy the season and that your season will be filled with joy!  Here is a crazy statistic...did you know that in the United States we only take an average of 13 days off per year verses in Europe they take an average of 30 days off per year!  Whatever your business is try to takes some time off to spend with your family and friends and especially recharge!  Here are some tips that may help you...As business owners, we know it is sometimes hard to take time off!  Here are some tips on how to prepare to take time off and not feel stressed:

1. Communicate to your customers when your office will be closed or if there are reduced hours during the holidays.     

2. Block out your calendar for the days that you are planning to be off.

3. Put your out of office dates in your email signature and turn on your email vacation mode

4. Turn off all notifications especially your phone notifications.
