What's New at VRC?

We've added new buttons on the VRC Training Platform to send automated emails to help group leaders manage their trainings!

The Welcome Email

If a user isn't sure where to access the training platform, you can now send them a new welcome email at any time. It will alert them of the courses they are enrolled in and where to access them. Simply log in, click "Group Management", check the boxes of the users you want to send to, and click "Send Welcome Email".

The Reminder Email

You can now REMIND several users at once when they are overdue or need to take a training course. Simply log in, click "Group Management", check the boxes of the users you want to remind, and then click "Send Reminder Email".
