I have the pleasure of introducing you to two of our newest team members:Lacy Richter and Kristin Bornfleth

First, we have Lacy Richter, our Customer Success Specialist. With her empathy, communication, and problem-solving, Lacy is an absolute legend when it comes to ensuring our clients are satisfied and successful. Whether it's helping you troubleshoot a technical issue or providing advice on how to optimize your experience with our products or services, Lacy is always there with a smile and a can-do attitude.

And then, we have Kristin Bornfleth, our brilliant Policy and Research Specialist. With her intellect, analytical prowess, and vast knowledge of industry policies and regulations. She can take the most complex of issues and break them down into simple, actionable steps, ensuring that our clients are always on the right side of the law and best practices.
