Welcome to Your New HIPAA Training for Operators

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newly tailored HIPAA training specifically designed for Operators. This course has been crafted to address the unique needs and challenges faced by call center and answering service personnel in managing protected health information (PHI).

What's New?

• Tailored Content: The HIPAA for Operators course focuses on scenarios and regulations most relevant to call center environments, ensuring that all training is directly applicable to your daily operations.

• Streamlined Learning Experience: We’ve made updates not just to the content but also to how you access and interact with this course:

  • Automatic Enrollment: If you are currently engaged with the general HIPAA training, the new Operators course will automatically replace it in your list of active courses.

  • Ease of Transition: To facilitate a smooth switch, the recently updated general HIPAA training will be removed from active profiles by November 22 while the old HIPAA will remain in a grayed-out state allowing users to reference their last certification dates and download past certificates if needed.

For our Operator clients, here are some important reminders:

• Teams Not Yet Recertified: There's no need to rush if you're not due for recertification. But if you are, this new HIPAA training for Operators is now live in your active courses! Make sure you use this course instead of the newly updated general HIPAA.

• Teams Already Trained: If you or any of your team members have completed the updated general HIPAA training recently, please notify us by the end of this week. We will ensure your progress is transferred and acknowledged under the new HIPAA for Operators training.
